The Townsville Museum is dedicated solely to preserving and displaying Townsville’s history from the early 1860s. The Museum is managed by members and volunteers of the Townsville Museum and Historical Society Inc.
Come and experience what Townsville Museum has to offer from an extensive collection of artifacts, photographs and building plans of early Townsville buildings, some of which no longer form part of our landscape. The Museum is the memory bank of our past whilst preserving it for future generations to experience and enjoy.
